TC&C's CARIN Unified Compliance Recorder was chosen by and implemented at Mladinska Knjiga.

Mladinska Knjiga is the largest publishing house in Slovenia, their agents handling over 30,000 calls a day. It takes a high-performance, robust recording system to record this kind of call volume.

A thorough evaluation process resulted in the selection of TC&C's CARIN, capable of recording 400 concurrent calls on a single server.

The system was implemented by NIL Data Communications Ltd., a Cisco Gold Certified Partner. For almost a decade, NIL has been a strategic partner of TC&C, implementing a dozen successful CARIN projects in the southern Slavic countries.
