Integrated contact center was deployed at MOL
TC&C partnering with IBM deploys an integrated contact center system at the largest Central European oil company, MOL. The system is based on Cisco's best-in-class contact center solution, IPCC Express Edition. At first stage the system will include: 50 agents, 150 trunk ports, CARIN call recording system and CIS_conn server (for SAP integration).
