TC&C successfully presented CARIN call recording solution for Cisco IPT on Cisco Networkers 2004 in Cannes, France. There was quite a good turnout at TC&C's stand, where conference visitors could get acquainted with CARIN and its latest features including video telephony recording.

Hungarian News Agency (MTI) makes use of the benefits of TC&C's innovative call accounting and recording solutions. TC&C deploys CASpro call accounting system and CARIN call recording system for the latest Cisco CallManager 4.1 solution.

TC&C's Serbian Partner, Comutel deploys CARIN call recording system for Serbia BroadBand. The system will record calls in Cisco IPCC Express (IP Contact Center) environment.

New CASpro references! TC&C deploys CASpro call accounting system at Raiffeisen Bank and CIB Bank (Gruppo Banca Intesa). Both system will be deployed in Cisco CallManager environment.

TC&C deploys CASpro call accounting system at Office for Agriculture and Rural Development (MVH) in cooperation with Synergon. The call accounting system will cover 20 sites with more then 20 gateways and 1500 extensions in a Cisco CallManager environment.

TC&C deploys CARIN Enterprise call recording system for ING Hungary. The system will record 38 extensions in a Cisco CallManager environment.

TC&C on IT2004 conference. One of the most important IT related conference in Hungary was held in Visegrad. TC&C exhibited CARIN call recording system at the Innovative Solution of the Year section.

TC&C deploys CARIN Express call recording system for ISC Hungary, a subsidiary of IBM Hungary. ISC Hungary is an IT outsoucring company, which deployed a Cisco CallManager Express to handle help desk contacts. The deployment will include a special CARIN feature, which enables the contact center to route voice mail calls to CARIN system and record them as usual calls. In this way voice mail messages are kept and can be searched or played back in the same system (there is no need to use separated system for call recording and voice mail in the contact center).

TC&C successfully finished a pilot project at Raiffeisen Bank. In the pilot project TC&C demonstrated the interoperability of CARIN call recording and CASpro call accounting systems with Cisco CallManager and Aphona Flash PBX.

TC&C's VoIP call recorder - CARIN - successfully passed interoperability testing with Cisco CallManager. Through the rigiourus testing at Cisco network lab, CARIN achieved Cisco Compatible product status.

TC&C ships the unique CARIN Desktop Edition for mobile contact center agents at MOL. CARIN Desktop Edition enables remote or mobile workers to record contact center calls on their workstation. CARIN Desktop application is installed on the PC, which is connected to the IP phone PC port. Recorded sound files are transcoded/compressed after terminating the call and then uploaded to the CARIN Central Controller server.

TC&C announced the availability of its advanced service portfolio, which includes the new software integration service for Cisco IPCC Express contact center systems.
