TC&C is announcing the general availability of a new Carin recording module, called dial-in recorder. The dial-in recording module provides a dial-in recording service by enabling users to make a conference call with the recorder independent of their location or phone/device.

Generali implements the award winning call recording suite, Carin, in various departments as a general voice recording solution for the company. This project proves TC&C's vision of providing general, unified recording solutions for the enterprises to lower TCO and increase ROI by ensuring the same recording functionality across the entire organization independent of the location or network architecture.

TC&C proudly announces the general availability of the Carin unified recording suite for Avaya solutions. The new recording module is capable to record DCP and Avaya H.323 IP phonesets using the Avaya Application Enablement Services (AES) server and the Avaya Communication Manager (CM) new RTP forking feature introduced in CM 5.0 and AES 4.1. This recording method does not require service observing or single-step-conference, thus eliminates the expensive licenses and limitations.

TC&C has introduced a new recording technology for Cisco Unified Communication Manager 6.x systems, which is now generally available. The new recording method utilizes special features of the Communication Manager introduced in version 6.0. This method integrates call recording and silent monitoring features into CUCM.

CARIN has successfully passed the Cisco interoperability and verification tests for Cisco Unified Communication Manager 6.1.

TC&C partnering with IBM deploys an integrated contact center system at the largest Central European oil company, MOL. The system is based on Cisco's best-in-class contact center solution, IPCC Express Edition. At first stage the system will include: 50 agents, 150 trunk ports, CARIN call recording system and CIS_conn server (for SAP integration).

TC&C announced the availability of its advanced service portfolio, which includes the new software integration service for Cisco IPCC Express contact center systems.

TC&C ships the unique CARIN Desktop Edition for mobile contact center agents at MOL. CARIN Desktop Edition enables remote or mobile workers to record contact center calls on their workstation. CARIN Desktop application is installed on the PC, which is connected to the IP phone PC port. Recorded sound files are transcoded/compressed after terminating the call and then uploaded to the CARIN Central Controller server.

TC&C's VoIP call recorder - CARIN - successfully passed interoperability testing with Cisco CallManager. Through the rigiourus testing at Cisco network lab, CARIN achieved Cisco Compatible product status.

TC&C successfully finished a pilot project at Raiffeisen Bank. In the pilot project TC&C demonstrated the interoperability of CARIN call recording and CASpro call accounting systems with Cisco CallManager and Aphona Flash PBX.

TC&C deploys CARIN Express call recording system for ISC Hungary, a subsidiary of IBM Hungary. ISC Hungary is an IT outsoucring company, which deployed a Cisco CallManager Express to handle help desk contacts. The deployment will include a special CARIN feature, which enables the contact center to route voice mail calls to CARIN system and record them as usual calls. In this way voice mail messages are kept and can be searched or played back in the same system (there is no need to use separated system for call recording and voice mail in the contact center).

TC&C on IT2004 conference. One of the most important IT related conference in Hungary was held in Visegrad. TC&C exhibited CARIN call recording system at the Innovative Solution of the Year section.

TC&C deploys CARIN Enterprise call recording system for ING Hungary. The system will record 38 extensions in a Cisco CallManager environment.

TC&C deploys CASpro call accounting system at Office for Agriculture and Rural Development (MVH) in cooperation with Synergon. The call accounting system will cover 20 sites with more then 20 gateways and 1500 extensions in a Cisco CallManager environment.

New CASpro references! TC&C deploys CASpro call accounting system at Raiffeisen Bank and CIB Bank (Gruppo Banca Intesa). Both system will be deployed in Cisco CallManager environment.

TC&C's Serbian Partner, Comutel deploys CARIN call recording system for Serbia BroadBand. The system will record calls in Cisco IPCC Express (IP Contact Center) environment.

Hungarian News Agency (MTI) makes use of the benefits of TC&C's innovative call accounting and recording solutions. TC&C deploys CASpro call accounting system and CARIN call recording system for the latest Cisco CallManager 4.1 solution.

TC&C successfully presented CARIN call recording solution for Cisco IPT on Cisco Networkers 2004 in Cannes, France. There was quite a good turnout at TC&C's stand, where conference visitors could get acquainted with CARIN and its latest features including video telephony recording.

The Hungarian Parliament and the Office of the Deputies have upgraded its call accounting system to CASpro 2.0. The latest version of TC&C's fully comprehensive call accounting solution is available since January, 2005.

MBU, the Croatian company specializing in IT engineering and interbank services uses CARIN Express. The call recording system has been implemented by Teched, a Croatian partner of TC&C.

Cisco Systems released a success story about Hungarian News Agency, where TC&C's products were deployed. The news release highlights CASpro call accounting software and CARIN call recording application.

Tolvumidstod Sparisjodanna (Iceland) deploys CARIN Enterprise call recording system for Cisco CallManager. Tolvumidstod Sparisjodanna, the Computer Centre for Icelandic Savings Banks was formed from the savings banks’ computer departments.

ProcreditBank Bulgaria has implemented CARIN Express edition to record all phone interactions in the new Cisco IP Contact Center. The installation and configuration was managed by Paraflow, Bulgarian partner of TC&C.

Ernst & Young Hungary has deployed TC&C's Cisco Compatible call recorder system, CARIN Enterprise edition to provide on-demand recording feature to all company employees. Ernst & Young has also choosen CASpro call acount system to easily manage telephony costs. The project was organized by LNX, TC&C's Hungarian system integrator partner.

Software technology giant, Microsoft corporation deploys CASpro call accounting system. The lastes CASpro 2.1 includes effective functions like real-time notification about cost-limit overflows, sending reports in e-mail, etc.

London based trading company, Schneider Trading has deployed CARIN Enterprise call recording system.

Cisco Systems and TC&C held together a press conference about latest software solutions for Cisco IPT. CARIN call recorder application, CASpro call accounting system and the latest success - Cisco IPCC Express and SAP CRM middleware software were discussed.

Erste Bank has deployed CARIN Enterprise call recording system. The Erste Bank group a well-known name on the Central-European banking market with a 180 years history in Austria.

TC&C has exhibited on Cisco Networkers conference again. The conference was held in Cannes, France. We would like to congratulate to Mr. Sigur?ur Magnús Jónsson (from SENSA, our Icelandic reseller partner), who has won our prize, the iPod nano.

TC&C deploys CASpro call accounting system at Citibank. The system will include the latest CASpro version, which contains numerous feature improvements like encrypted CDR transmission between the data collector (CASpro xdRpost Client) and the CASpro Application server. The centralized call accounting system will provide full tarrification for 40 PBXs from various vendors.
