Systems Engineer

We seek support engineers to assist in providing technical support for its customers and partners in our Budapest HQ.

Our solutions are used by 500+ Customers in 50+ Countries on 5 continents.

  • Install and Support our Company’s Software products
  • Support our Network Operation
  • Provide first response to client support queries
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
  • Working closely with the Engineering and Development team in testing
  • Coordinate with other support engineers and integrator partners
Soft skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Hungarian
  • Customer service focus
  • Strong analysis and problem-solving
  • Able to work independently
  • Ability to learn and then explain technical details
  • Can-do attitude with an eagerness to pitch in to get the job done
Job requirements
  • 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in a customer facing job
  • Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking, application-level protocols, firewall technology, MySQL and Microsoft SQL databases and Windows servers/clients
  • Flexibility in working hours required
Advantage if you have experience with
  • Cisco Collaboration: CUCM and UCCX
  • Telecommunication Protocols
  • VMWare environments
  • Cisco Network Devices and Security Appliances
  • Wireshark
  • Linux CentOS
  • Or you have a Cisco CCNA Collaboration Certification
