TC&C proudly announces that OTP Bank (one of the largest Central European banks) has replaced a well-known IP telephony call recorder system with CARIN Enterprise.

OTP has made the decision in order to provide a very reliable, scalable call recording system to various departments, and get high-class support service including also on-demand customization. The formerly recorded calls have been successfully migrated to the CARIN Enterprise call recording system, so OTP can search back and replay every calls from one, centralized system.
