OTP Bank one of the largest independent financial services providers in Central and Eastern Europe has chosen TC&C's CARIN to record their Unified Communications. OTP Bank is a long time CARIN user and now after upgrading their Cisco infrastructure they have chosen CARIN as their Unified Communications recorder again. 

CARIN has also been upgraded to its latest version, 9.x. For better security they decided to implement a redundant system, so that their a priori safe CARIN Unified Communications system is now even safer. OTP Bank has chosen CARIN in order to increase the productivity and efficiency of their Contact Centre.
