TC&C announces the opening of registration for the upcoming Certified CARIN Expert online technical training program, scheduled for September 14–17.

This four-day intensive curriculum equips partner engineering and operational personnel with the comprehensive architecture, administration, and diagnostic skills required to deploy and maintain CARIN compliance recording environments.

Upon successful completion of the course and evaluations, participants will receive the official Certified CARIN Expert certification.


Curriculum & Schedule

September 14: System Architecture & Shared Support

  • CARIN product architecture and compliance foundation
  • Shared Support program overview, framework, and operational protocols

September 15: Platform Administration

  • CARIN platform core components and multi-site topologies
  • Administrator and operator responsibilities, access control, and policy enforcement

September 16: Recorder Modules & Unified Media Ingestion

  • Core recorder modules: NativeRec, IPTrade Recorder, Webex, and Microsoft Teams recording
  • Additional recorder modules: Passive Recorder, Proxy, SIPREC, Active Recorder, and Dial-in Recorder

September 17: Diagnostics, Maintenance & Field Engineering

  • Diagnostic workflows and troubleshooting methodologies
  • Operational use cases, high-availability architecture, and deployment best practices

Mandatory Notice for Shared Support Partners

Participation in this training is mandatory for partners with Shared Support status. Please note that maintaining Shared Support status requires obtaining the “Certified CARIN Expert” certificate. Partners who do not complete the training and obtain the certificate will no longer be eligible for Shared Support status.
